Since founding AVANA Companies 20+ years ago, Sundip has developed a family of seven world-class lending and asset management brands. Each brand is dedicated to AVANA’s mission: Delivering Capital for a Better Tomorrow, with a focus on social and environmental impact. The AVANA Family of Companies enhances businesses, communities, investors, and stakeholders through innovative financial solutions in private credit, fintech, small business lending, and clean energy.

– AVANA CUSO: The leading CUSO in the U.S., offering full-service commercial real estate loans. Fintech platforms include LendThrive, a lending platform providing seamless capital to small businesses across America, and EqualSeat, a fractional loan investment platform giving individuals access to private credit investments.

Regulated entities AVANA Capital, a licensed entity specializing in hotels and diverse commercial real estate properties; AVANA Fund, an SEC-registered fund for accredited and institutional investors in the U.S.; and Ezdaher Financing Company is registered with the Ministry of Commerce (Registration No. 1010887991) and has initial approval from the Saudi Central Bank for Speciality Finance Licensing and is currently undergoing final stages of approval.

His passion for social impact, ignited by his experience from Zambia as a child, drives his commitment to financial equity and the upliftment of individuals, families, and communities. With an MSc in Social Business from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, he also holds both CPA and CMA licenses in California. Sundip splits his time between Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, India, and Phoenix, Arizona. He also founded the Giggle Foundation, which supports underprivileged children, and is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is a frequent speaker on investing, lending, social and environmental purpose-driven businesses, fintech, and technology. Sundip’s leadership continues to inspire and shape the financial landscape.
